1:1 Coaching & Membership

Having a coach isn’t just for the elites. It’s for anyone who wants that extra support and expertise. Whether you are struggling to start running, finding it hard to stay consistent, coming back after injury/illness or simply don’t have the capacity to be worrying about what training you should be doing and when, having a coach could be just what you need.

Please note, I have no available spaces for 1:1 coaching at present. You can join the waiting list below and I will let you know as soon as space becomes available. In the meantime you are welcome to join the club on another membership option.

  • I’ll write you a plan every month that is tailored specifically for you and your life, making it much easier to stay consistent. When life gets in the way of training, just talk to me and I’ll be able to make appropriate changes as and when you need them. No fuss, no stress.

  • Touch base with me every week on a 30min 1:1 video call. Update me, ask me questions and get the support you need. Training isn’t just about the running, often my runners need support with planning runs into their week, nutrition, motivation and confidence (to name just a few).

    As well as weekly calls you can message me any time via our dedicated coaching platform and I’ll get back to you within 48hrs.

  • Runners are great at running, but when it comes to strength training, motivation can be lacking. Knowing what strength training to do and when can get overwhelming but it doesn’t have to be. You don’t have to spend hours in the gym, multiple times a week.

    Join live basic strength classes once a week on Tuesday evening or follow along with the recording in your own time and you’ll soon notice the difference in your running.

    Want to take your strength training a bit further? I can write you a strength plan that you can do at home with the equipment you have available or at the gym. Much like the running, I’ll make sure it’s tailored just for you so that you can actually get it done, week after week.

  • Join our dedicated discord server, the heart and soul of our club. It’s where we chat, share queer joy, support one another, celebrate our wins, share ideas, hold each other accountable with training and lots lots more.

    There’s always something on the virtual club calendar. Weekly club coaching calls, socials, movie nights, talks, workshops and classes mean we come together as a club multiple times a week. Nothing is compulsory of course so no pressure to take part in everything all of the time!

    The club is made up of so many types of runner; trail runners, road runners, new runners, well seasoned runners, 5k runners and ultra runners. With such a wealth of knowledge, you’ll always have answers to your questions.

    Never feel like the only Queer in the village again.

  • I deliver informative classes on many popular training topics such as recovery, goal setting and race day nutrition. These are usually once a month.

    I record all classes and talks so don’t worry if you can’t make the live, you’ll be able to listen back to the recording at a time that suits you.

  • £65 per month

    There is no minimum term and you can cancel at any time. The date you join will be the date your monthly payments come out each month.

Perfect if you feel confident enough to manage your own training and stay consistent week to week.

  • I’ll write you a plan every month that is tailored specifically for you and your life based on the training feedback I’ve had from you over the previous month.

    To get started you’ll have an introductory questionnaire so that I can get a clear picture of you training and race history (if any) and what your life looks like outside of running. This gives me all the information I need to write a plan you can stick to.

    Whilst you won’t get weekly 1:1 coaching calls with me, you will be able to join the weekly club coaching calls where you can ask me questions about training or need any help making adjustments to your plan if life gets in the way.

Training Plans & Membership

There’s no shortage of free cookie cutter training plans out there, but it can be difficult to trust them when you don’t know who has written them. And once you start following these plans, you’re very much on your own, which can soon get tricky if you get injured or sick.

With this membership option you’ll get access to an extensive library of plans that I’ve written for a range of goals and targets. Just pick the one you need and get started. And if you have any questions along the way, you can get them answered at our weekly club coaching calls

  • Choose from a large library of training plans that have been pre written by myself.

    Whether you are looking for a true couch to 5K plan that starts with walking only or a plan that’ll get you over the finish line of your first ultra, you’ll find it here.

The Social Membership

Just looking to join the best queer running club around but don’t want/need a coach or training plans? This is the membership you need. You’ll have access to all the social bits and none of the training bits. Find queer joy and community on our virtual weekly socials, movie nights and free or discounted tickets to any public talks/workshops I run.

  • You can join our weekly socials every Wednesday evening at 19:30 GMT as well as yoga, virtual movie nights and inspiring member talks.

  • Every so often I host virtual talks or courses for people outside the club. As a club member you are able to get free access to these events.

I try to keep prices as affordable as possible with memberships to suit a range of budgets. If you are someone with low or no income and you are struggling to find an affordable option, do get in touch to discuss as I may have some pay as you can spaces available.
