With years of running and coaching experience, plus a UESCA certification, Sophie ensures every plan is tailored to help you achieve your goals. Choose the Standard or One-on-One Coaching Plans for a customised approach to your training. It’s expert guidance made just for you.

Our online training platform delivers your personalised plan straight to your device, with clear instructions from Sophie each month. Sync your workouts seamlessly with Final Surge using a running watch, or manually log details like distance, effort, and time. Final Surge is simple to use, providing just enough data to guide you without overwhelm. Plus, non-binary runners can bypass male-or-female options when setting up their account.

Join our weekly 30-minute Zoom sessions from the comfort of your own home and get the support you need to build strength for your running goals.
