A cozy space to keep you running as the days get colder.

10 WEEKS · STARTS 5TH OCTOBER

Small group coaching built for the season when motivation gets hardest to find. Weekly intentions, gentle check-ins, and a community doing it with you.

Enrolment closes 30th September

If "just being more consistent" never worked for you.

WHO IS THIS FOR

Staying consistent with running is hard for a lot of people, and the colder, darker months often make it even harder. I created The Autumn Accountability Club to help you to keep running, sustainably.

"I signed up because I was worried that the darker and colder days would make it harder for me to stay motivated, and I'd start skipping my runs all the time."

— Jase, AAC member

LOW PRESSURE

Small steps now, so the big goals feel closer later.

The point isn’t to have a perfect 10 weeks and then leave with nothing. The point is to keep showing up in whatever small way you can manage so that when you’re ready to train harder for something bigger, you’ve got a solid foundation and you’re not starting from zero.

"In a supportive, low-stakes environment, I was able to start taking micro-steps, building better habits, and it meant I was in a much stronger place further down the line when training ramped up and big goals were closer."

— Seanna, AAC member

Coached by someone who gets why ‘just being more consistent’ isn’t as simple as it sounds

LOW PRESSURE

I'm a UESCA-certified running and endurance nutrition coach, and I've spent years coaching hundreds of runners who are neurodivergent, live with chronic conditions, or are managing their mental health alongside their training. I also have ADHD, autism and Hashimoto's (an autoimmune condition that affects the thyroid) myself, so I know from both sides that "just push through it" isn't useful advice. The Autumn Accountability Club is built around what I've actually seen work: small steps, flexibility, and not beating yourself up when a week doesn't go to plan.

"I'm proud that my sporadic enthusiasm to run has turned into a consistent routine with exciting long-term goals."

— Ellis (he/him)

WHAT YOU GET

Every week, for 10 weeks

01

Monday Focus

A practical focus for the week ahead, covering the sorts of things that trip people up and the unexpected things that will help you build consistency. At the end of the programme, you’ll get a full round up to take away with you at the end so that you can refer to it whenever you need.

02

Midweek Check-In

I’ll check in mid week to see how you are getting on. A nudge to notice if things aren’t going to plan and a chance to reflect on what you could do to shift gears, change expectations or get back on track, with my help along the way.

03

Sunday Reflection

Time to reflect on how the week has gone, celebrate the wins (however small) together, consider what you might have learned and set your intentions for the week ahead.

04

Short Films

I’ll share a selection of short films and documentaries that will inspire and motivate you. Sometimes it’s just what you need to get yourself out on a rainy run!

Three live workshops, recorded, for those who need to listen in their own time

PLUS

Don’t worry, there will be no ice breakers, no group work, no pressure to talk to anyone and cameras off is completely fine.

WORKSHOP 01

Setting your Intentions

Work out where you are as a runner (or aspiring runner), what you love about it, and where you'd like to be. Then, with that knowledge, get clear on what you want to get out of the next 10 weeks and make it official. It’ll be more likely to happen that way.

WORKSHOP 02

Staying On Track When It’s Hard

Life has a habit of getting in the way. This workshop will help you figure out what usually derails you, how you might be able to spot it coming and finding ways to keep going that don't just rely on willpower alone.

WORKSHOP 03

Carrying Momentum Into The New Year

Look back on the whole 10 weeks, celebrate what went well (however small), consolidate what you’ve learned and make a plan to keep the momentum going even after the club wraps up.

PLUS

Full access to the main Queer Runnings club and it’s calendar

DISCORD

Private AAC Space

A private Discord space just for this cohort, separate from the main club. A smaller group means a quieter, safer place to check in, share how it's going and get the most out of the 10 weeks. You'll also have full access to the main club Discord, to dip into as much or as little as you like.

WEEKLY

Club Social Call

Alternating Tuesday’s and Wednesdays at 18:00 UTC. Come and hang out with the rest of the club for as little or as long as you like.

WEEKLY

Club Coaching Call

A drop in space on Thursdays at 18:00 UTC to ask Sophie anything about running, training, gear or just to give her an update on how things are going. If you can’t make the live, submit your question before hand and listen to the recording in your own time.

MONTHLY

Movie Nights, Training Talks and Book Club

The full monthly rotation the club runs all year round, all included. Training Talks are recorded for those who cannot make the live.
