The darker months can make running feel harder. The evenings are short, the weather is not at it’s best and keeping motivation alive can be a struggle. It’s easy to feel like you’re running alone. The Autumn Accountability Club is here to change that!

Starting Monday 13th October, this is a 100% virtual, 10 week programme designed for queer runners who want gentle accountability, connection, and encouragement to keep moving this autumn.

But this isn’t bootcamp.

It’s not about punishment, pressure or guilt. It’s about support, celebrating small wins, and having a community to lean on when it feels tough.

What’s included

Weekly rhythm to keep you grounded:

  • Monday Motivation. Start the week with a training, motivation or mindset tip from Sophie to give your week focus

  • Midweek Check-In. A gentle nudge to see how things are going and remind you you’re not doing this alone.

  • Sunday Reflection & Intention-Setting. Pause, look back on your week, and set intentions for the one ahead. Do this with the group or as a private practice.

  • Weekly Celebration of Wins. Keep the joy alive and acknowledge the wins, however small.

🎥 Motivational films. Handpicked short films (not always about running!) to keep you inspired.

🗓 Three Workshops (all recorded if you can’t make them):

  3. Looking Ahead: Carrying Momentum Into the New Year

💬 Community & Connection through Discord:

  • Access to the Queer Runnings Discord. Join in with the club to connect, learn, share advice and have fun.

  • Private Winter Accountability Club space. A smaller, dedicated area just for Accountability Camp members. Perfect if you’re new to the club or want a gentler landing spot before exploring the wider community.
